- 5 Years Experience
- Experience Substitutes (1 Yr. Max.)

1) SIOR courses 100,
103, 200, and 203
2) Graduate degree (MA,
MS or Ph.D.) in real estate related field
3) Accredited realtor
designation like CCIM, CPM CRE
4) A CPA, JD, or other
preferred degree approved by SIOR national

- Two letters of recommendation
- Transaction Volume Criteria - 3 Years
or 36 months out of 4 years or 48 months with minimum of 5
transactions per year.
- Seventy (70%) Percent of Volume in
a Third Party Specialization Area (Office or Industrial).
